This issue of the Finnish Journal of Business Economics focuses on management and entrepreneurship. The first peer-reviewed research article by Kristiina Tilev and Sinikka Vanhala from the Aalto University School of Business examines the organizational commitment of part-time staff. The second research article by Elina Varamäki, Sanna Joensuu, and Anmari Viljamaa from the Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences analyzes students’ entrepreneurial intentions and whether these intentions translate into entrepreneurship after graduation. This issue also contains Tero Montonen’s lectio praecursoria –lecture about management challenges in university-originated firms.
